Ed Monarchik joined Mesa Capital Partners in 2012 to lead operations and development. He subsequently formed EJM Development Group in 2018. He has extensive experience in all phases of multifamily real estate operations including asset management, acquisitions and investment, development, syndication and dispositions. Ed’s real estate background includes such firms as TriBridge Residential, Lane Company, Equity Residential Properties Trust, Inc. (EQR), Morgan Stanley & Company, Inc., ZOM, Inc. and Merry Land & Investment Company, Inc.

Fred Adkins’ talents have long established him as one of the most sought-after marketing minds in the region in the real estate and hospitality markets.
